Using Patient Education Genius

Press “Forgot Your Password?” on the sign-in page to reset your password.

After signing into Patient Education Genius, open a folder by pressing one of the folder titles in the left-hand sidebar. Select the materials you wish to send by clicking anywhere on a given tile. When you are done selecting materials, press the Send button (it’s to the right of the Search bar). On the modal that appears, enter the patient’s mobile phone number or email address, and press Send.

In a folder or a search, press the star icon on the materials you would like to add to your Favorites folder.

Press the “Upload” button in the sidebar on the left-hand side of the screen. Enter a title, and choose whether you would like to add a weblink or a file from your computer desktop. Press Submit.

In the top navigation bar, press “Tracking” to see a list of all of the dates that you have sent materials to patients. On this list, you will be able to see to whom the materials were sent, when the materials were sent, when they were last opened, and how many times they have been opened. If the materials have not yet been opened by your patient, the tile will read “Unopened.”
